My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the location is convenient, just outside the center of Bangkok and close to some good restaurants, the experience was marred by poor room conditions including mold and high humidity. On the plus side, the staff was helpful when we requested a room change, and the upgraded room was better. However, the overall maintenance of the hotel leaves much to be desired, particularly the pool.
